2023年河北專升本翻譯/商務英語/英語專業專業考試大綱已發布!考試采用閉卷、筆試形式,滿分為240分,考試時間為150分鐘,除寫作和翻譯是主觀試題外,其余試題都采用客觀性的多項選擇題形式。考試主要內容、參考書目、樣題等具體信息如下,請考生參考。
I.考試簡介
一、考試目的
本考試為選拔性考試,旨在考核考生是否掌握《高等學校英語專業基礎階段英語教學 大綱》(以下簡稱《大綱》)所規定的英語語言知識和語言技能,結合不同的測試題型考核考生對英語基本詞語用法和語法結構相關的英語語言知識掌握和各項英語語言技能應用情況。通過測試,引導考生積極主動地完成《大綱》的要求,提升英語靈活運用的能力。
二、考試的性質與范圍
本考試為標準化考試,全省統一考試。考試的范圍包括基礎階段教學 大綱所規定的一至四級的全部內容(聽力和口語除外)。
三、考試形式
試卷確保科學、客觀,注重效度和信度,除寫作和翻譯是主觀試題外,其余試題都采用客觀性的多項選擇題形式。翻譯、寫作部分旨在較好的考核學生運用語言的能力,從而提高試卷的效度。
四、考試內容
本考試共由五部分組成:語法與詞匯、完型填空、閱讀理解、翻譯、寫作。
II.知識要點和考核要求
一、語法與詞匯(PartI.GrammarandVocabulary)
(一)要求
(1)能靈活正確運用《大綱》語法結構表一級至四級的全部內容;
(2)熟練掌握《大綱》詞匯表對一級至四級規定的5000-6000個認識詞匯中的
2000-2500個詞匯及其最基本的搭配。
(二)題型
本部分為單項選擇題,由25道題組成,每題有四個選項。題目中約50%為詞匯詞組和短語用法,約50%為語法結構。涉及到的語法結構:主謂一致,表語從句,賓語從句,定語從句,狀語從句,直接引語,間接引語,動詞不定式和分詞的用法,各種時態被動語態和構詞法,主語從句,倒裝句和各種條件句等所學的語法結構。
(三)目的
測試考生運用詞匯、短語、語法結構以及基本語法概念的能力。
二、完型填空(PartII.Cloze)
(一)要求
在全面理解短文內容的基礎上,選擇最佳答案使短文意思和結構完整。
(二)題型
本題為單項選擇題。在一篇250詞左右、題材熟悉、難度中等的短文中留有20個空白。每個空白為一小題,每小題有四個選項。主要涉及詞義辨析題、固定搭配題、語法題和上下文銜接題。
(三)目的
完形填空考查考生能否正確把握文章內容的能力,以及對于一定語境中規范的語言成分的掌握,它不僅測試考生在句子水平上運用語言的能力,更重要測試的是考生在語篇水平上綜合運用語言的能力。
三、閱讀理解(PartIII.ReadingComprehension)
(一)要求
1.理解文章主旨大意;
2.理解文章細節;
3.既能理解個別句子意義,也能夠理解文章句子之間的邏輯關系;
4.能夠根據所讀材料做出相應判斷和推理;
5.根據上下文推測生詞的含義;
6.理解作者的意圖、觀點和態度。
(二)題型
1.A部分為單項選擇題。共有四篇短文,總長度1500詞左右。每篇短文后有若干道單項選擇題。考生應根據文章內容從每題的四個選項中選出一個最佳答案。
2.B部分為段落復位題。選擇一篇長約400-500詞的文章,其中有5段空白,文章
后有6-7段文字,要求考生根據文章內容從這6-7段文字中選擇最恰當的5段分別放進
文章5個空白處。
(三)目的
閱讀理解部分是測試考生通過閱讀獲取信息的能力,既要求準確,也要求有一定的速度。
(四)選材原則
1.題材廣泛,包括社會、文化、日常知識、科普常識、人物傳記等。
2.體裁多樣,包括記敘文、說明文、議論文表等。
3.文章語言難度中等,原則上不超出《大綱》詞匯表對四級規定的范圍。
四、翻譯(PartIV.Translation)
(一)要求
1.具備一定的中外文化、社會和科技等方面的基礎知識。
2.具備扎實的英漢雙語基本功和較強的理解、表達能力。
3.具備較強的英漢互譯能力和一定的翻譯速度。
(二)題型
本部分采用客觀試題和主觀試題相結合的方式,包括常用詞語翻譯和單句翻譯。
(三)目的
考察考生的外語思維,了解中國和英語國家的社會、文化背景知識,要求考生具備英漢互譯的基本技巧和能力。
五、寫作(PartV.Writing)
(一)要求
根據題目、寫作提綱、圖表、數字統計表等,寫一篇200詞左右的英語短文,做到內容切題、完整,條理清楚,文章結構嚴謹,語法正確,語言通順恰當。
(二)題型
本部分為主觀試題,作文為記敘文、說明文或議論文。
(三)目的
按照《大綱》要求測試考生在基礎階段末期使用英語書面表達思想的能力。

In his 2006 bookStumbling on Happiness, the author Daniel Gilbert, a Harvard professor of psychology, looks at several studies and concludes that marital satisfaction decreases after the birth of the first child and increases only when the last child has left home. He also declares that parents are happier grocery shopping and even sleeping than spending time with their kids.
The most recent comprehensive study on the emotional state of those with kids shows us that the term “bundle of joy” may not be the most accurate way todescribe our kids. “Parents experience lower levels of emotional well-being, less frequent positive emotions and more frequent negative emotions than their childless peers,” says Florida State University’s Robin Simon, a sociology professor.
Simon received plenty of hate mail in response to her research, which isn’t surprising. Herfindings shake the very foundation of what we believe to be true. In a recent Newsweek Poll, 50percent of Americans said that adding new children to the family can increase happiness levels. But which parentiswillingtoadmitthatthegreatestgift lifehastoofferhasinfactmadehisorherlifelessenjoyable? Is it possible that American parents have always been sodisillusioned? In pre-industrial America, parents certainly loved their children, but their kids also served apurpose--to work the farm, contribute to the household. Raising children has not only become more complicated, it has become more expensive as well. One old and bitter debate in student union bars all over the country is resolved as academic research confirms that in financial terms at least, arts degrees are a complete waste of time. Getting through university increases students’ earnings by 25%, on average, or $220,000 over their lifetime, according to Professor Ian Walker of Warwick University--but if they study Shakespeare or the peasants’ revolt instead of anatomy or contract law, those gains are likely to be completely wiped out.
The government is about to allow universities to charge students up to $3,000 a year for their degrees, arguing that it’s a small price to pay compared with the financial rewards graduates gain later inlife. Law, medicine and economics or business are the most lucrative choices, making their average earnings 25% higher, according to the article. Scientists get 10-15% extra. Many intelligent people still equate happiness with fun. The truth is that fun and happiness have little or nothing in common. Fun is what we experience during an act.
Happiness is what we experience after an act. It is a deeper, more lasting emotion. Going to an amusement park or ball game, watching a movie or television, are fun activities that help us relax, temporarily forget our problems and maybe even laugh. But they do not bring happiness, because their positive effects end when the fun ends.
I have often thought that if Hollywood stars have a role to play, it is to teach us that happiness has nothing to do with fun. These rich, beautiful individuals have constant access to glamorous parties, fancy cars, expensive homes, everything that spells “happiness”. But in memoir after memoir, celebrities reveal the unhappiness hidden beneath all their fun: depression, alcoholism, drug addiction, broken marriages, troubled children and profound loneliness.
Ask a bachelor why he resists marriage even though he finds dating to be less and less satisfying. If he’s honest, he will tell you that he is afraid of making a commitment. For commitment is in fact quite painful. The single life is filled with fun, adventure and excitement. Marriage has such moments, but they are not its most distinguishing features.
Similarly, couples that choose not to have children are deciding in favor of painless fun over painful happiness. They can dine out whenever they want and sleep as late as they want. Couples with infant children are lucky to get a whole night’s sleep or a three-day vacation. I don’t know any parent who would choose the word fun to describe raising children.
Understanding and accepting that true happiness has nothing to do with fun is one of the most liberating realizations we can ever come to. It liberates time: now we can devote more hours to activities that can genuinely increase our happiness. It liberates money: buying that new car or those fancy clothes that will do nothing to increase our happiness now seems pointless. Developed and developing nations can learn from each other seeking a low-carbon economy, Chinese government official said in Shanghai yesterday.
