高分表達：Id like to describe a new change that hastaken place near where I live. The change is a new shopping center that hasbeen built near my apartment. Its not very far, around ten minutes by foot.The new shopping center is a big one, with 5 floors. There you can find variousgarment stores, restaurants and a huge supermarket.

Well, before it was completed, there was noshopping centers around the neighborhood, and there were some abandoned old houseswhere the shopping center is now. Then about two years ago, those houses hadbeen knocked down, and I saw construction workers working there day and night.

Well, like I said, there were no bigshopping malls before, so the local government might think it necessary tobuild one to improve peoples quality of life. I think a new shopping centerwould bring a lot of convenience to the people in this neighborhood. Instead oftraveling a long distance to the city center, the people can now just walk fora few minutes to get their shopping done.
