Example :

I remember it was on a cold Friday night when I suddenly had a pain in my stomach. At first, I thought it was because I had eaten too much or I had eaten something that didnt agree with my stomach so I just turned off my phone and tried to sleep, hoping I would wake up feeling better.

However, I woke up in the middle of the night with cold sweats 冷汗 and the pain was unbearable so I woke my mum and she quickly rushed me to the hospital.

如果你在第一問里沒有給出直接的時間，你除了可以繼續按year-month-date-hour的方式進行拓展外，你也可以用duration來闡述它的起止時間開始于什么時候，結束于什么時候。

Example :

I suffered from depression when I was in high school. Everything was going well until I took my first midterm exam. I didnt do very well and my parents were very disappointed. Following that they put even more pressure on me to do well and to be honest, it was too much.

I felt myself becoming more and more depressed and I didnt know what to do. Finally, I spoke to my parents and I think they saw that I needed some professional help. They took me to a doctor who helped a lot.
