Do you think that we can tell a lot about an individual by the way he or she dresses?

Task 2

Reading:

Cafeteria is going to post the menu on the school website this week, including the ingredients and recipes.這么做有兩個好處。

好處 1：有利于學生知道自己選擇的菜是否健康;

好處 2：可以幫助學生學做飯。

Listening:

聽力舉例說，教授的一個朋友干了 20 年的 editor，很有行業經驗，但不會用 internet and email交流，只會用 phone 和 face-to-face 交流。然后公司來了一個 junior editor，雖然經驗不足，但很會用 internet and email，于是年輕的 editor 就教這位 experience editor use internet and email，experience editor 則給這位年輕人傳授行業的相關知識和技能。最后這位年長的 editor 可以利用 internet 和 email 更自如地工作，年輕人 do a better job in editing。

北極動物在極冷環境下的生存方式。

方法 1：Preventing slipping。例如北極熊 have a thick fur，所以可以更穩地在冰上跑;

方法 2：Breaking the ice to breathe。例如一種動物有 pointed and sharp teeth，所以它們能break the ice to make a breath hole while hunting underneath.
