    英國留學之人力資源管理(HRm)專業怎么樣

    以英國大學為例,人力資源管理專業大致可分為兩個方向:人力資源管理( Human Resource Management)和國際人力資源管理(International Human Resource Management)。

    相較而言,人力資源管理專業的實際操作性較強,課程能夠讓同學接觸到人力資源的方方方方面面問題;而國際人力管理專業則注重宏觀戰略和全球人力密源問題。

    就業方向:企業人力資源管理者,HR,招聘,BP等無論企業大小,根本在于人員管理,可見對于該職務的依賴之強;獵聘行業,人才資源成為目前商業社會中最被重視的資源之一,獵聘行業隨之發展迅猛。

    哪些大學的人力資源管理專業值得推薦呢?

    倫敦政治經濟學院(LSE)

    LSE有2個人力方向,一個主要針對歐洲和英國學生設計,中國學生極少,建議學過社會學的學生轉專業申請。這個專業收50人左右,畢業同時會有CIPD會員資格。另一個專業是國際勞動關系和HRM,選修課程多,覆蓋勞動經濟學等諸多領域,更建議國際學生申請,招收的人數多。

    曼徹斯特大學

    曼徹斯特人力好多多,MBS+環發,會挑花眼的。當然,我們主要說MBS的。國際學生選Intetnational route那個多點,課程相對輕松,如果有留英打算,想必修CIPD課程的,這個可以選domestic route,這個會附加作業和3000字的report,比較煩。第二學期會比較痛苦,量很大時間緊,建議有工作背景申請。

    卡大人力算全英比較強的學校之一,課程設置細致而實用。課程強度比較大,與此同時,掛科率相對比較高。國外有學生放棄去WBS選擇去卡迪夫這個專業。有CIPD認證,收學生中等不算多,體驗度不錯。

    Warwick的hrm不算王牌專業但大牌,因為這個課程對專業背景沒有硬性規定。所以申的人多,有CIPD認證,加上華威商學院有錢,資源豐富,專業比較豪,會請些個資深的高級的從業人員來授課,探討當下熱門話題。

    Human Resource Management and Employment Relations - MSc

    申請要求:雅思7.0,兩單科7.0,兩單科6.0/6.5;英國2:1學位。

    愛丁堡大學

    愛丁堡的的HRM在商學院里,任何專業都能申,2012年開了CIPD認證,這個專業適合以后做培訓以及處理員工關系。申請難度比不上曼大和蘭卡這些學校,甚至和杜倫比,也會推薦杜倫多一點。
