國際學生本科入學要求：

高中畢業

托福：90分以上，聽說讀寫各項均要20分以上。

雅思：6.5分以上，聽說讀寫各項均要6分以上。

語言成績有效期為兩年，5月31日前提交。另外，對于英語成績沒滿足要求，只要其它條件符合申請院系的要求， 維多利亞大學可提供有條件錄取。

國際學生研究生入學條件：

全日制4年本科學士學位畢業，大學成績尤其是本科最后兩年分數不得低于B，有些專業要求更高。

語言要求：

托福：90分以上，且各部分最低分須達到20分。

雅思：6.5分以上，并且各部分不得低于6分。
