社會學與社工專業介紹：

澳大利亞大部分學校都開設社會學專業，包括八大名校的澳國立大學、悉尼大學、墨爾本大學、新南威爾士大學等，其中以澳國立大學的社科類最為強勢，位列全世界前20名。根據官方數據分析顯示，澳洲社會科學專業畢業生比起學習人文或科學的學生來說更容易找到工作。同時，也更易進入管理層或擔任高階職位。而且與科學或人文背景的學生相比，社科類畢業生往往更少進行深造。
