麥考瑞商學碩士專業提供世界級的、靈活的、以就業為導向的和與商業相關聯的各種學科課程;課程具有很高的實用性，為學生提供能滿足雇主需求和就職所需的職業能力;學生可從會計、精算研究、業務管理與組織、公司治理、經濟、財務、金融犯罪與治理、人力資源管理和營銷等學科，并從中選擇一到兩門作為研究方向;同時，各種各樣的選修課程極大地擴展和深化了學生的專業知識和商務貿易領域的知識;本專業允許學生根據之前的工作經驗或最近的學習研究開展學習課題研究;也可以結合會計碩士(專業)和生物技術碩士給予學生2.5年制的課程，讓學生可以探究感興趣的其它領域和取得會計資格認證的資格，并且，提供涉及一個當代商業熱點問題的頂級課程和最新研究項目。（*晏同學麥考瑞大學人力資源管理商務成功案例）
