為什么選擇蒙納士大學法學院?

蒙納士大學法學院老師不少都是法學領域的泰斗，比如，前任院長Professor Arie Freiberg，曾擔任過澳大利亞及新西蘭犯罪學協會主席，因在法律方面的杰出貢獻， 2009年被授予澳大利亞勛章。目前是澳大利亞司法管理研究理事會成員之一。現在的法學院院長 Professor Bryan Horrigan在商業法上研究卓越，也擔任著政府和許多企業的法律顧問。另外不少法專業的老師本身就是畢業于本校，也會邀請司法部門資深人士和法律界人士以及國際客座教授擔任授課。

法學碩士專業致力于培養學生更高的學術能力，掌握更高階的法律知識和職業技巧。這個方向學生可以選擇一個方向深入研究，包括商業法、爭議解決、政府法和監管、人權、國際發展法、國際比較法等8個方向。課程設置包括兩個板塊，一個是擴展知識選修，可以是學生所選方向也可以是全方向的課程，需要修滿24或36或42學分，一個是法律調研和知識，需要完成小論文24學分或擴展研究12學分或碩士研究6學分。

人權法方向涉及傳統和新興議題，從兒童權益、恐怖主義到移民和隱私侵犯問題等等都是學習和研究的重點。鼓勵學生研究政府、國際組織、企業當中的人權問題。本方向課程設置分為兩大板塊：A 人權法律知識B 擴展類專業知識選修課和研究。在A板塊需要修滿30學分，在20門課程中完成至少四門課程，B板塊需要修滿18學分，共有20門課程選擇。

6. Master of Workplace and Employment Law職場與就業法碩士

本方向課程致力于提供職場和雇傭關系中法律方面的高級專業技能和專業知識，非常適合對人力資源方面有所興趣的申請者。學生會在課程中學會如何從理論、國際和跨學科視角看待職場和雇傭關系中的復雜問題。修完本學位需要完成A類職場與就業法法律基礎30學分，包括國際勞工法、國際人權法概略等16門課中最少4門課程;B類擴展類專業選修課18學分。

除此之外，為了更好的適應時代的發展，適應社會需要，蒙納士大學為學生提供包括網絡和電子商務法在內的多種適應時代的課程。尤其是網絡法，目前墨爾本的大學里只有墨爾本大學和蒙納士大學提供了這類關于網絡和電子商務方面相關法律的課程。

對本科有哪些要求?

所有方向碩士項目均為期1年，屬授課型項目，要求申請者四年制(Honours)本科法學專業畢業，未設定均分要求。非法學專業學生也可以申請，但是需要一定的相關法學工作經驗，對法學工作經驗的要求各專業不定。

根據2015年法學院最新官方指南，除法學碩士和監管研究碩士全年可入學以外，其他方向均在學期開始前申請。第一學期一般每年1月上旬截止;第二學期一般6月初截止，每年時間會有一定變化，申請者需要及時關注。

語言要求

IELTS 總成績不低于7.0，各單項成績不低于6.5;托福要求94分以上，寫作不低于24分，聽力和口語不低于20分，閱讀不低于19分。
