也就是這里的第四點， Entry clearance & immigration regulations ：

首先，所有關于英國的簽證均是由 UKVisas an Immigration （ UKVI ）來審理，我們來看一下 UKVI 的官方定義：

大意就是 UKVI 是負責審理一切英國簽證和移民事務， PBS 是類似于用來給每一份簽證申請人打分的一個系統，在英國政府的大力監管下，英國的簽證旨在為每一個來到英國學習的個體一個最平和的思想和學習環境；同樣，移民的政策和主旨也并非一成不變的。

作為國際留學生，我們接觸的最普遍的就是學生簽 Tier 4 （ General ） stuent visa 和短期訪問學習簽證 SVV 了。

以下便是 Tier 4 官方簡介：

要點： 16 歲或以上可申請 general stuent 簽證；如果年齡在 4-16 歲，那么簽證類型就是 Tier 4(chil) ；

達到英語的要求，這里一般是按照學校課程要求的雅思成績；

EEA （歐連體）和瑞士等國家的公民，不需要簽證
