大學在讀證明 (College Report)

期中考試報告 (Mi-Term Report)

康奈爾轉學補充材料 (Cornell University Transfer Questions an Writing Supplement (CA))

正式高中 / 大學成績單 (Official seconary/high school an all college transcripts)

申請費 ($80 application fee or fee waiver)

可能要求遞交的其它材料 (Items require by the Cornell unergrauate college or school to which you’ve applie: interviews, portfolio an esign submissions, or course escriptions) ：面試、個人作品、課程描述

SAT/ACT 成績單 (Stanarize test scores (if taken))
