旅游業管理與運營實務

導游服務的性質與特點；導游的內涵與類型；導游的從業素質和職責要求；團隊導游服務規范；導游語言的內涵及特性；導游帶團的特點與原則；導游講解技能；游客個別要求的處理；常見問題與事故的預防及處理。

酒店業管理與運營實務

酒店的基本概念與內涵；酒店分類與等級劃分；酒店企業的組織管理；酒店前廳部/客房部/餐飲部運營管理；酒店服務質量管理；酒店營銷管理；酒店安全危機處理策略與公關；中外酒店集團化管理。
